About

MADELYN HAMBY, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

In 2015, Madelyn created Mama Jane's Cake Pops to create and sell custom cake pops as a freshman in high school. Wanting to expand her products and brand, she redesigned the company into MJ's Treats in 2020. MJ's Treats goes beyond selling cake pops and now offers a variety of cookies, cakes, and cupcakes. The company also donates 10% of profits to Choices Life Resource Center, a local non-profit that helps new moms and parents.

Madelyn is an alumni of Christian Academy of Indiana and graduated from Anderson University, earning a degree in business management with a concentration in entrepreneurship and a minor in visual communications. She has grown up baking, learning recipes from family and friends and teaching herself how to design cakes through online tutorials and books. She is passionate about what she does and strives to use her business to serve God through her talents.

"I view myself as an artist, baker, designer, and business woman. But most importantly, I see myself as a servant. I love what I do and am blessed to serve others through great service and delicious treats. I have lots of dreams for my business and I can't wait to see where this journey leads me."

Our Mission:

The mission of MJ’s Treats is to be a caring business, that serves its customers with a heart for Christ, providing them with exceptional baked goods in both design and taste.

CHOICES LIFE RESOURCE CENTER

Keeping in line with our mission, we believe it is important to use our resources to help those in need. That is why we have always donated 10% of our profits to Choices Life Resource Center. This local nonprofit offers counseling, education, and basic needs to mothers and fathers needing assistance. They provide new moms with resources to care for their newborns and lasting support as their child grows.
